Greetings, AI enthusiasts! My guest today is Babakar, a serial entrepreneur, investor, and Founder of Chatflow.

ChatFlow is a service that uses advanced AI technology to create chatbots. These chatbots are capable of having natural-sounding conversations with people, thanks to their ability to understand and generate human-like language. What makes ChatFlow unique is that it lets you teach these chatbots to understand specific topics or information that’s important to you.

Imagine you have a unique set of data, like information about your business, products, or services. With ChatFlow, you can take that data and use it to train your chatbot, making it knowledgeable about your specific area of interest. Once trained, you can put these chatbots to work in various ways. You can have them interact with visitors on your website to answer questions or provide information, essentially acting as virtual customer service agents. You can also use them as your personal digital assistants, helping you with tasks or answering your questions.

In simple terms, ChatFlow takes the power of AI and lets you create smart chatbots that know what you want them to know, making them useful for both business and personal tasks.

Chris: Can you tell us a bit about your AI career and what inspired you to create Chatflow?

Babakar: As a deeply curious mind, I’ve been following the developments of AI, specifically language models for the past 3 years. Around the time GPT-3.5 (ChatGPT) was released, I started experimenting with it & thinking about ways to leverage its capabilities to build something useful on top of it. This is how the idea for ChatFlow emerged & I felt compelled to invest my time & resources to build an AI-powered customer support chatbot platform.

Chris: How does Chatflow’s AI-powered technology work to create personalized chatbot experiences?

Babakar: ChatFlow is a chatbot as a service platform that leverages the natural language processing capabilities of Large Language Models combined with proprietary AI processes to train conversational chatbots on your own custom data. The platform allows you to easily deploy chatbots on websites or use them as your own personal assistant.
