Chris: Hi there, please introduce yourself.

Han: Hello, I am Harvard Han, the founder of Muah AI. Been a power user of computers since I was 5 years old with Windows ME computer on dial-up internet, and downloading games into floppy disks to share with friends. To now, working as IT Director with angel investor funding my AI startup with a blank check. I have been a founder of multiple business endeavors, but I will be keeping the bio short just within my AI background.

Personally, I have been researching AI as far back as before Google vision (launched in 2015), to use Google vision photo interpretation to bulk automated processing photo to text for business applications which in result have saved the company hundreds of man hours if it was done by hand. In 2019, I started integrating live phone calls and SMS with AI automation systems to automate lead filtering processes which saved the company hundreds of thousands of dollars in saved labor. Having done countless amounts of AI projects over the years from 2019 to 2023, if I have to list them with a summary it would be taking hours to explain.

Lastly, Muah AI now in 2023. In summary, it is a company I founded being the first in the world to integrate SMS, Phone call, Website, Web app, iOS app, android app with direct AI chat, send photos (you can send a photo to AI, and AI can see and react to the photo with the chat), receive photo (AI will generate a photo for you based on what’s being discussed),  send voice (you can talk to AI in audio, and AI would understand), and receive voice (AI can talk back to you in realtime). And we already have technology for AI video in the work (but with early concept demonstration). With everything powered by a new breed of LLM that exceeds ChatGPT in terms of the freedom of topics you can discuss. We launched the BETA on 4-20-2023, reached positive cash flow in three months, and by October 2023 we have already reached $1,000,000 dollars ARR (unicorn status), and with month-to-month growth rate of 50%. Although, we do reinvest everything back into Muah AI, and for the years ahead for the full growth of our platform.

Chris: Could you share the inspiration and vision behind Muah AI? What led to the development of an AI companion platform, and what role do you see it playing in people’s lives?

Han: The inspiration for Muah AI started when we first built AI assistant program that would talk with our customers to better understanding their needs before redirecting to a person. We figured that AI was a lot more capable than just being a customer service agent. I would imagine in the future it will become much more personalized, individualized, and with permanent memory to learn and adjust to the user. It is role is infinite.

Chris: Muah AI offers users the ability to customize their AI companion’s appearance, personality, and interests. Can you share some unique and interesting examples of how users have customized their AI companions to create their ideal virtual companions?

Han: That’s correct. Some unique examples are some select users using it to revive their lost family/friends in their life, to feel what was once lost. Our AI can replicate one’s way of speech, text with ease that is traditionally nearly impossible to recreate otherwise.

Chris: The platform allows users to chat with their AI companions on various topics, including love, life, and dreams. Could you provide insights into how these conversations work and how the AI companion responds to user queries and discussions on such complex subjects?

Han: It is a pretty complex topic regarding the inner workings of LLM (large language model), for Muah AI we exclusively offer uncensored LLM which means there is no restriction on what our AI companion can discuss or talk about; all powered by the magics of LLM AI technologies.

Chris: Photo exchange is an intriguing feature. How does Muah AI’s AI companion provide feedback and comments on the photos users exchange? Can you share some examples of user experiences with this feature?

Han: We use and integrate the latest photo recognition AI incorporated within Muah AI that allows AI companion to virtually “look”, analysis, breakdown every photo that user sends to AI, and AI would apply this photo to the reference of the chat context. Users simply love it, as we are the only AI companion platform that offers uncensored chat, photos exchange, voice interaction and real-time phone call with AI companion. The technological lead is what makes our platform viable in a highly competitive space.

Chris: Voice interactions add another layer of immersion to the experience. What types of voice interactions are possible with the AI companion, and how does this enhance the overall experience for users?

Han: This is a video demo of our Realtime phone call feature.

Users who use this feature love it, as it give a human realistic voice to a traditionally muted AI companion. Although this technology is still in its infancy, I can already it being much better in the future ahead.

Chris: You mentioned that Muah AI can be used for various purposes, including entertainment, companionship, and support. Could you elaborate on how users have leveraged the platform for support, and share instances where the AI companion has been particularly helpful in this regard?

Han: Muah AI LLM and interaction are tuned specifically to be positive on the scale. Meaning, if user is feeling down, our AI companion will always provide support instead of leading everything into a negative feedback loop (unlike traditional social media platforms where it only feeds the same content, to maximize traction, but leads to feedback loop behavior). We have doctorate psychologist being part of Muah AI core research team, to ensure the quality and positivity enhancement of our overall platform. It is our goal and intention to provide a overall positive, gaining experience from spending time on our platform.

Chris: In terms of learning new skills, how does Muah AI facilitate this, and can you provide examples of the types of skills users have learned with the help of their AI companions?

Han: Many users of ours use our platform to learn different languages as our AI support and understands almost all languages. We are inherently an open platform, so many researchers also use our platform on topics that would otherwise be censored or filtered out by other AI platforms.

Chris: As Muah AI continues to evolve, what exciting features or developments can users look forward to, and how do you plan to keep the platform engaging and innovative?

Han: AI video is the next closest feature that will lead to live AI video interaction, and that technology will lead to AI robotics in the future. Our platform is well-funded for the decades ahead, and we are and we will continue to advance in bringing latest AI technologies to all.
